either you want to put youtube videos on PSP or iPod and Zune, the process is almost the same, so here I only take How to Put youtube videos on PSP for example.
Step 1: Download Firefox:

click the the download arrow on the right of the URL column (not the 3 ball logo, but the black download Arrow)and choose the first one--click it and then choose the folder you want to save (Note: it may not work if you directly save it on your desktop).
Step 4: use this FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod Converter to convert FLV videos we just downloaded from youtube:
Step5: Launch the FLV to PSP/iPod/Zune software:
Step 6: Click Add File button to input FLV video file to be convertered(batch convertsion supported, you can add as many FLV files as you want).
Step 7:under Profiles option, choose PSP MPEG-4 format (*. mp4)
Then click the folder button, select the destination folder you want the converted iPod video files to store.
Step 8: Click
